Dave is an Engineering Fellow at MCI responsible for Internet and data network architecture. He has experience in a number of IP and data network architectures and network deployments, QoS, traffic engineering, and VoIP. Dave is also active in IETF PWE3 and L2VPN Working Groups, being the author of an IETF draft on the subject.
